Letters to Safe Cobs
Hi Lia,Just a quick update re Tilley.
She has had her saddle fitting and bless her my old "one saddle fits all" is great for her.
Sadie and Tilley are getting on so well, a little resistant to being separated but not too bad at this time.
We went for our first hack out yesterday as the weather was so great and we went alone, needless to say Tilley was a star, slightly more active when she got worried but a slight leg and rein and she came right back down. We passed almost everything on the road and what did she look at? A wall 100yards from our house, I did giggle.I even ventured onto a bridlepath and she walked along just a bit looky, had a wee trot up the hills and no problems at all.
She also lunges like a dream slightly crooked but it is a hugely spooky place and she had a little woo hoo hooray buck and nothing else. I get the impression that lunging may bore her to death if overdone, she needs riding not messing round with lol.
Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for Tilley, I will get round to sending some photos when things are less muddy and hectic. Please let her old owner know she has settled in really well and we are loving her here
Best wishes
Sheila
